RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Zariwear Co., we take pride in offering handcrafted pieces made with love and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, each return will only be eligible for a store credit, which can be utilized anytime online.
- Returns are not accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the online description
- Custom or made-to-measure orders are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
🛍️ How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@zariwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.
- Return the item within 7 days of approval.
🔁 Return Shipping
- As a valued customer, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
- In case of a defective item or error on our part, we will cover return shipping.
🚚 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
👗 Custom Orders & Alterations
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Made-to-measure lehengas, saree blouses, or customized outfits
- Items altered after delivery
However, if your custom item doesn’t fit due to our error, we will work with you to provide an alteration, remake, or partial refund based on the issue.
